Damaged Items

A photo request will be issued for damaged and incorrect items to provide to our third-party warehouse team.

If you find that you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately through the contact portal, and we will resolve the issue for you. A photo request will be issued for damaged and incorrect items to provide to our third-party warehouse team. 

Order Cancellations and Modifications
At this time, we cannot accept order cancellations. Additionally, while adjustments to an order are not guaranteed, if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us by using the contact portal as soon as possible. We will make the necessary changes only if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse team.

We understand that situations may arise where you wish to cancel your order. However, since we partner with a third-party warehouse that handles all storage, packing, and shipping, orders are often processed within minutes of checkout. This rapid processing can complicate cancellation requests, making it challenging for our team and the warehouse to communicate effectively before your order is packed or shipped.

As a small business, please note that the cost of return shipping labels is the responsibility of the customer.
